Retention Of Data

Your Personal Data will be retained by TXIO until explicitly removed by request, as per Section 6: Removal of Data.

Removal Of Data

TXIO will remove your Personal Data by email request. Email sent to with an explicit instruction to remove Personal Data associated with the user's email account will be carried out by TXIO.

The security of your data is important to us. We take all reasonable precautions to secure the data against against loss, theft, tampering, access or copying by unauthorized persons.

Security controls are intended to protect Personal Data.
